Adding Devices

  1. Ensure the device has a profile on the Vismo platform. You can learn how to add a Standalone Device to the Vismo Secure Portal in another of our support articles.

  2. From the Main Configuration page, select Group & User Administration.

  3. Search for the profile or device you wish to invite. Click on its name until it is highlighted in blue, then click Send Invite at the top of the screen.

  4. A Send Invite pop-up will appear. Select the device type from the drop-down menu, enter the IMEI, and click Send Invite.

A confirmation pop-up labelled Invite Successful will display, showing the invite code. Click OK to close the notification. You do not need to enter the invite code on the device; it is provided only to confirm that the device has been invited to the Vismo Secure Portal.
