Checking Location History
View Your User's Past Locations
Location History enables you to view a user’s movements over a period of up to 12 months.
To access a user’s location history, start by searching for the user using the search bar on the map dashboard. Once located, the user will appear on the map with their last known position displayed.

From the User Details bar at the bottom of the map, click the Actions arrow.
Then, select Location History from the list of options.

The user’s Location History report will be displayed, showing their most recent locations. Use the scroll bar and the navigation arrows at the bottom of the page to view additional entries.

The Location History report displays the following information:
- Fix Time – The time the device sent the location fix.
- Location – Address details.
- Country – The country where the location was recorded.
- Battery – The device’s remaining battery percentage.
- Accuracy – The accuracy of the user’s location in metres.
- Received At – The time the portal received the data from the device.
- Lat/Long – The latitude and longitude coordinates of the location.
Applying Filters to Location History
You can filter the Location History report to display specific date ranges. To do this, click Filter in the top left corner of the screen.

On the filters page, select your desired date range, then click Apply Filter. The page will refresh to display locations within the chosen date range.

Exporting Location History
To export the Location History report, click Export in the top left corner of the screen and choose your preferred download option.
