Configuring a Check-in Event

A Check-in allows users to record actions via the app. This can be used to notify security teams or managers that they have arrived safely or completed a task. Configure the Check-in event to receive email and SMS notifications when a user checks in via the app.

  • Enabled – Turn the switch On to enable Check-in event notifications for the configured recipients.

  • Always Notify Triggerer – Sends a notification to the user when they check in.

  • Name Filter – Enter the name of a specific Check-in to filter notifications for that particular Check-in.

Once configured, click Save at the top. Next, define the recipients who will receive the event notifications.
