Configure the assignment event to receive email and SMS notifications when a user starts, uses Check-in, or completes an assignment.

Enabled – Turn the switch On to enable the assignment event notification for the configured recipients.

Always Notify Triggerer – Sends a notification to the user when they start, Check-in, or complete an assignment. Turn this On to enable the notification.

Alert When Assignment Starts – When On, sends a notification to the configured recipients when a user starts an assignment.

Alert When an Assignment Check-in Interval Expires – When On, sends a notification to the configured recipients if a user misses an assignment check-in.

Alert When Assignment Completes – When On, sends a notification to the configured recipients when a user completes an assignment.
Once configured, click Save at the top. Next, define the recipients who will receive the event notifications.
