Slack and Microsoft Teams can be used as delivery methods for mass notifications. If you are the administrator for your organisation’s Slack and Microsoft Teams accounts, you can enable this integration across the organisation to allow users to receive mass communications.
Slack
Slack can be enabled or disabled via Account Settings > Integrations > Messaging.
To connect, click ‘Connect’ to link your company’s Slack account. A new window will open, allowing you to authenticate and automatically link Vismo to your organisation’s Slack workspace.
Microsoft Teams
You can enable or disable Microsoft Teams by navigating to Account Settings > Integrations > Messaging.
To link your organisation’s Microsoft Teams account, simply click ‘Enable’. Please note that the Vismo app must be downloaded from the Microsoft Teams App Store in order to use this feature. To set up Microsoft Teams as a delivery method, your organisation must have an active Microsoft Teams subscription, administrators with the appropriate permissions, and the Vismo Teams bot installed from the Microsoft AppSource Store.
