Creating a Dashboard

Dashboards can be set up to display a specific person, groups of people, incidents, locations, or geo-fences. They provide a convenient way to quickly access predefined search criteria, which are displayed instantly on your screen without the need to apply filters each time. To create a new dashboard, click the Screen icon in the top left of the Portal and select New from the drop-down menu.

A pop-up will appear showing different dashboard types:

  • Map – Displays a map view with the last known locations of all users you have permission to view.
  • User List – Displays the last known locations of all users you are permitted to view in a list format.

Select the type of dashboard you want to view, give it a name, and click Create.
