Creating an Assignment
Assignments are scheduled tasks designed to monitor and protect lone workers. They can be configured to ensure a user performs a check-in at regular intervals. If the user fails to check in within the specified time, a red flag alert will be triggered.
1) Click on the Services icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select Reports.

2) Select Active Assignments. If no active assignments are listed, check that you have the correct permissions.
3) A new screen will then appear displaying all current active assignments. Click Add to create a new assignment.

4) The assignment creation page will then appear. Configure the assignment as required.

Assigning a User to an Assignment
To assign specific users to an assignment, click the Add button next to Assignees.

A list of available users will appear. Add the relevant people to the assignment, then click Select & Close.
Note: A user can only be assigned to one assignment at a time.

Configure the assignment or select a pre-configured assignment template by clicking on Templates. A list of templates will appear. Choose the one you want, and it will automatically populate the assignment details.
Once the assignment has been configured, click Assign at the top. This will notify the selected users that they have been assigned a task, and the assignment will automatically start on their devices.

Note: Make sure the user has the assignment tile within their device configuration; otherwise, they will not be able to check in or complete the assignment.
