Device configuration allows administrators to customise and manage the Vismo app settings on users' devices. This can be applied at the account level, affecting all users within the account or at the group level, where settings will only apply to users in a specific group.
Device Configuration at Group Level
To set up device configuration at the group level, start by navigating to the Group & User Administration page via the Main Configuration menu.
On the Group & User Administration page, select the group whose device configuration you want to edit. Once the group is highlighted in blue, click Edit at the top of the screen.
The group editor page will then appear. Click Edit next to Device Configuration.
The Device Configuration page for that group will then be displayed. Here, you can configure the Theme, Alerts, Locating, and General settings that the group will inherit.
