Dashboards can be configured to show a particular person, groups of people, incidents, locations or geo-fences. Using dashboards is a handy way of quickly accessing predefined search criterion that instantly displays on your screen without having to add the necessary filters.
Adding a Dashboard
Click on the Screen Icon in the top left of the Portal and from the drop-down select New.
A popup will appear with different dashboard types.
- Map - Will give you a map view with the last known locations of all the users you have permissions to view.
- User List - Will give you the last known locations of all people you are allowed to view as a list.
Choose the type of dashboard you wish to view, name it and click Create.
