Using Multiple Filters
Filters can be used to find all users with a particular value. e.g. Display all users in the UK and/or users with less than 20% battery level.
Begin by clicking on the Filters icon on the side panel on the left. The Filter settings will display.
Click on Add to reveal the list of filters available.
Choose the required Filter until it highlights in blue and click on Select. Repeat the same steps by clicking on Add, to add Multiple Filters.
Configure the Filters and define what action you want the Filters to do. When multiple filters are added, you can choose how the search is performed by selecting All or Any.
- All - Will look for matches meeting the criteria of all the filter applied. E.g. Users must be in the UK and have a battery below 20% to display on the map.
- Any - Will show results meeting at least one of the criteria. E.g. Users within the UK or users with a battery below 20% will display on the map.
Turn the switch to the required option, either All or Any. Once configured click on Apply.
All the user that meet the applied filter will display on the map. Click on the Blue X to close the filter options and return to the Maps Dashboard to view the filtered results.
When a filter is applied, the Filter icon will change to yellow indicating that a filter is active.
