Enable Privacy Mode
Depending on your administrative rights and account configuration you may be able to enable Privacy Mode for someone.
Within the Map Dashboard, search for the user that you would like to enable privacy mode for until they display on the map with their last known location.
From the user details bar at the bottom of the map, click on the Actions arrow.
From the list, select Enable Privacy Mode.
When Privacy Mode is enabled, the user's pin will change to a shield, and a shield will display by the user's initials.
If Privacy Mode Notifications are enabled, the user will also receive a notification to inform them that they have had Privacy Mode Enabled.
