Reference Fields are labels or categories which can be assigned to a user and they are searchable from the search bar via the map dashboards. Reference Fields can be added when adding a new user or when editing users details.
Adding Reference Fields to a User
From the user's details page, go to Reference Fields at the bottom and click on the Edit button under Reference Fields
A new screen will then show. Click on New and select the appropriate Fields from the drop-down. To create new Reference Fields, read this article.
Where options are present, click on the drop-down to add these. To delete a Reference Field from a user, click on the bin icon.
To save the Reference Fields click on Back to User Properties and click Save at the top of the user’s details page.
