A Check-in enables users to record actions via the App. This can be used to tell security teams or managers that they have arrived safely or completed a task. Configure the Check-in event to receive Email and SMS notifications when a users Checks-in from the App. Read here how to set up an event.
- Enabled - Turn the switch On to enable Check-in event notifications to the configured recipients.
- Always Notify Triggerer - Will send a notification to the user when they Check-in.
- Name Filter - Enter the name of a particular Check-in to filter notifications for that particular Check-in.
Once configured, click at the Save at the top. Next, define the recipients to receive the event notifications.
