Definition |
Account Administrator |
The ability to add, edit and delete users, groups, permissions, POI’s, Geo-Fences, Reference Fields and Check-in sets. Also enables the ability to view Audit Logs, Check-in reports and set security settings for the account. |
Add Users |
Enables rights to add user's to the Portal. (For the users who do not have the Account Administrator privilege). |
Change Device Configuration |
Enable rights to edit how the Vismo App operates on the end-user’s device. |
Disable Privacy Mode |
Enables rights to remove Privacy Mode from a user’s device. Note: The ‘View Location’ Permissions must also be enabled for this permission to work. |
Edit Assignments |
Allows user's to create, edit, view, complete, reopen and assign a user to an assignment. This is shown under the Services icon and named ‘Active Assignments’. Also allows users to view completed assignments which is under the Reports. |
Edit Assignment Templates |
Allows you to create, edit and delete assignment templates. |
Edit Broadcast Message Templates |
Enables the ability to create, edit and delete broadcast message templates. |
Edit Users |
Enables rights to edit user's details, such as name, email address, phone number etc. It also enables the ability to view Device Allocations and deallocate devices. (For the users who do not have the Account Administrator privilege). |
Group Administrator |
Gives rights to assign events to groups and to assign event triggers to a group. |
Incident Manager |
Enables rights to view and use the Incident Management dashboard. Note: User's must also have 'view location' to view the user’s locations in the incident area. |
Message Group |
Gives rights to message users within a group. |
Message Individuals |
Gives rights to message individuals. |
Role |
Selecting Role, enables users to access the website/Portal. |
Send Broadcast Messages |
Enables the ability to send broadcast messages. |
Use Device Diagnostics |
Gives’ rights to view how the App behaves on a user’s device. This is shown on the Portal under the Services icon and named ‘Submitted Error Reports.’ |
View Broadcast Messages |
Enables the ability to view any broadcast messages that have been sent. |
View Location |
Gives rights to view user's locations, location history and user's details. |
View Red Flag Alerts |
Gives rights to see Portal notifications and receive Email and SMS alerts of any user who has triggered the Red Alert. |
View Reports |
Gives rights to see the Wellbeing reports. |
