Assignment Event Follow

Assignment Event

Configure the Assignment event to receive Email and SMS notifications when a user starts, uses Check-in or ends an Assignment. Read here how to configure an event.

  • Enabled - Turn the switch On to enable the Assignment event notification to the configured recipients. 
  • Always Notify Triggerer - Will send a notification to the user when they start, Check-in or end an Assignment. Turn this On to enable the notification. 
  • Alert When Assignment Starts - When turned On, this will send a notification to the configured recipients when a user starts an Assignment. 
  • Alert When an Assignment Check-in Interval Expires - When turned On, this will send a notification to the configured recipients when a user misses an Assignment Check-in.
  • Alert When Assignment Completes -  When turned On, this will send a notification to the configured recipients when a user completes an Assignment. 

Once configured, click at the Save at the top. Next, define the recipients to receive the event notifications.
