Active Alerts
When a user activates a red flag alert, a notification will display on the Vismo Portal at the top of the screen under ‘Active Alert.’ The number next to ‘Active Alert’ indicates how many alerts need your attention. Click on ‘Active Alert’ to view the red flag alerts.
In this example, there is one active alert.
The Active Alerts page will display.
- Triggered By - Shows which user activated the red alert.
- Triggered On – Show the time the alert was triggered.
- Alert Type – The type of red flag alert that was activated.
There are 3 types of red flag alerts which are activated in different ways:
- SOS Button – When a user presses the red alert button.
- Assignment Check-in Missed – If a user does not check-in within the given time frame when on assignment.
- Man Down – Red flag alert which automatically raised in the event of a fall or sudden impact.

This tells other Administrators that you are handling the red flag alert, but also notified the user who activated the red flag alert, that you have acknowledged their alert. The Active Alert at the top will change to amber.
