Once you have onboarded the Vismo Locate And Protect App, you will need to change the location permission to ‘Always’ as iOS13 and newer doesn’t directly ask this when setting up the app.
Instead, the options are ‘Allow While Using App’, ‘Allow Once’ and ‘Don’t Allow’ shown when onboarding here. When onboarding the app, select ‘Allow While Using App’ to allow Vismo to work.
Changing App Location Settings - iOS 13+
You can change app permissions at any time on iOS devices. To do this go to the Settings on your device.
Scroll down and select ‘Vismo’
The settings for the Vismo app will display. Select ‘Location’. Note: It will say which setting it is configured to. Here it is configured for 'While Using'.
From the location settings, select ‘Always’ to enable the Vismo App to send locations automatically.
Please also make sure 'Precise Location' is On for better performance.
