Vismo Mass Notifications enable organisations to rapidly deliver crucial information to targeted individuals, mass groups or people in geographic locations via multiple channels including SMS, Email, In-App and Phone Calls.
View Mass Notification Responses
To view, the responses to Mass Notification, click on the envelope in the top right corner and select View Messages from the drop-down. If these options do not show, ensure you have the correct permissions.
The Broadcast Messages screen will display with all the Mass Notifications that have been sent out along with the message response rate.
Select the Broadcast Message you wish to view in more detail until it is highlighted in blue and select Details from the top.
More information about the Broadcast Message will display. Information about who received the message and their response will display on the left. Change the display format by choosing Map, Details or Response Statistics at the top.
- Map - Will display each user who received the message on the map. Select a person until they highlight in blue to display their location.
- Details – This includes all the details about the broadcast message that was sent.
- Response Statistics – Displays the response statistics for the message with graphs.
