Device Diagnostics help with understanding how the Vismo Locate And Protect App performs on the device. These tests will indicate any settings that may need changing on the device for optimal accuracy of the Vismo App.
1) To access Device Diagnostics, from the Vismo App, click on the Settings icon in the bottom right corner. From the Settings page, click on Diagnostics.
2) The Diagnostics page will display. Click on Run Tests at the bottom to run the Device Diagnostics. The Vismo Locate And Protect App will then run the tests.
3) The tests results will confirm that all settings on the device. A green tick confirms that there are no problems detected.
When the yellow icon shows, this indicates that there is a problem with the app.
4) Click on the yellow icon on the required settings to show the results. Follow the required steps on the app to attempt to repair the issue, or read the required article for your device type.
