You can view how many Vismo licences you are using by going to the main configuration page of the Vismo Secure Portal and clicking on Licences.
A new page will display showing you how many licences are being used from the allotment of licences purchases.
In this example, the Vismo Demo account has purchased 10000 Global Traveller licences and have used 29 of the available licences purchased.
Your account may show more than one licence type depending on what was purchased.
Viewing Licence Allocations - Who Has What?
Click on the Licence line until it highlights in blue. Then click on Allocations to view who has a licence allocated to them, or Purchase to buy more licences.
By clicking on Allocations, we see who has been assigned the licence type selected. In the below example we see that 2 individuals have a licence allocated to them and everyone within the Users group also has a licence allocated to them.
Removing a Licence Allocation from a User
To remove an allocation from an individual follow the steps above and click on the person's name until it highlights in blue. Then click on the Remove button. This removes the allocation from the user without having to delete the user.
Alternatively, you can go to the Group and User administration section, and editing the user you wish to remove the allocation from. On the right-hand side of the user's details screen, you'll see the licence(s) the person is using.
Click on Edit next to Licences and turn the switched on or off depending on what is required. Then click Save.
Removing a Licence Allocation from a Group
If a licence has been added to a group, all users within that group will have a licence automatically attributed to them. To remove the licence allotted to the entire group, go to the Group & User administration section of the Vismo Secure Portal.
From here select the group from which you wish to remove the allocation and click Edit to edit the group's settings.
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen until you see Licences. Click on Edit and turn the switch to No to remove the licence allocation from all users within the group.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If licences are removed from a user, when they next try to use the Vismo App an error will display telling them that they do not have a licence and that they need to contact their Vismo administrator. A new invite code will need to be sent to the user to reactivate their Vismo App.
Adding A Licence Allocation
Simply repeat the steps above and ensure the switches are turned on to YES.
