Vismo will automatically hold information on Location History, Red Flag Alerts and Check-Ins for a maximum of 1 year.
If your business requires data to be purged within a period shorter than 12 months, you can set this via the Main Configuration page.
To do this go to the Account Settings and click on General.
The data retention page will display. Edit your retention period as desired and click Save. The data will automatically be removed from the Vismo Secure Portal once the data has been in the Portal for the specified number of days and hours.
