Incident Management Dashboard Overview
The image below is a standard Incident management dashboard immediately after an incident has been created. To learn about how to create an incident, please click here.
Everyone inside the circle will be contacted and will be asked to provide their current status ("Unsafe", "Uncertain", "Safe"). The Menu on the left and the pins on the map will update as soon as the users reply with their statuses.
The menu on the left and the colours of the pins on the map, have changed and now reflect the replies of the users.
Red - Unsafe, Yellow - Uncertain, Green - Safe
The users are able to update their statuses more than once. To learn more about how the users may reply, please click here.
Refreshes the incident and zooms in to its centre.
Allows you to change a few details about the incident. It will direct you to the following page.
2.1) Name - Change the name of the incident
2.2) Severity - Change the severity of the incident
2.3) Incident Teams - Add or change the team you wish to be handling the incident.
2.4) Save the edit on the top right corner.
3) Close the incident
Closes the incident.
3.1) Once clicked, a window will pop-up requesting confirmation.
3.2) Click "Close" and the incident will be terminated.
3.3) The red banner on the top of the screen will turn green, thus confirming the incident has been closed
Allows you to send a new incident message to all users that might be affected. Once clicked, it will direct you to a new page (Please see image below). To know more about each field, please click here.
Search for a specific user in the list of affected users on the left menu. (Just below the search bar)
6) Filter list
Allows you to filter between users "Assigned" and "All" users.
7) Assign a user
Allows you to assign each user affected to a specific member of the team managing the incident.

8) Assign Next
Assign the next Unassigned user on the list
