Bug fixes

• [!1156] When activating the app using credentials, if the auth server is unavailable the app could soft lock.
• [!1151] When importing a mass notification from a spreadsheet, the expiry time was always zero seconds.
• [!1148] In some cases, when a user marks themselves as safe from a safety check, the alert is not closed.
• [!1149] Disabling an alert escalation event did not prevent it firing.
• [!1088] When making a user a “non-Poc” by disabling the switch, the user is not removed from escalation lists.
• [!1135] When SignalR signals are received from the server to the portal, parts of the UI would perform a re-mount cycle which could cause sporadic resets in the interface.
• [!1089] It is possible to create an escalation alert even if the account has no Lone Worker licences.
• [!569] Privacy event e-mails contain the wrong time zone on some areas of the template.
