1. It is now possible to configure new “Wellbeing” options on groups or accounts.
This allows customers to configure whether users that have the “Wellbeing” tile added to their homepage get scheduled notifications and what action they can take if they require further contact.
2. A new notification type has been added – “Wellbeing Follow-up Alert”
This alerts is triggered if a user feeds back that they would like a follow-up to their wellbeing feedback.
4. Added new permission “ViewReports”
This permission is used for wellbeing analytics and will be used for other analytics going forward.
5. Added wellbeing analytics screen
Wellbeing feedback statistics can be visualised.
