This section will cover how to view the different Wellbeing reports. For more information about the Wellbeing feature, please click here.
Please note: In order to see the reports you must first have the permission called "View Reports" enabled in your account. Please click here to check how to add permissions.
Manage Wellbeing Reports
1) Click on the Services icon located at the top right corner of the screen and select Reports from the list.
2) Click on Wellbeing.
3) Reports displayed
There are 2 types of reports available. Totals and Averages. You can toggle between the 2 reports at the top of your screen.
3.1) Totals - This is the default report which shows the total number of wellbeing checks performed by all users.
3.2) Averages - Displays the average of all wellbeing checks performed by users.
4) Filter the reports
You can filter both reports by clicking on Filter in the top left corner of your screen.
A new menu will appear with the following options.
4.1) Click on the down arrow.
4.2) Select either Between or After in the drop-down box.
After - After a specific date.
Between - Between 2 dates.
4.3) Type in or select the dates for the report.
4.4) If you also manage a sub-account (not usernames), you can click on the magnifying glass and select the account of which you wish to see the report. Skip this step to point 4.7) if you only manage 1 account.
4.5) Select the account for the report.
4.6) Click Select to confirm.
4.7) If you wish to see the feedback for only a specific group of your account please click on the magnifying glass below Groups.
4.8) Click the Group for the report.
4.9) Click Select to confirm.
4.10) If you do not wish to specify a group and would rather see all, just click on "X" to reset group choice.
4.11) Click Apply to see the filtered report.
5) You can refresh the report if you have it open for a long time.
6) Click Download, to get an excel spreadsheet with all the data in the report you are currently seeing.
