1. It is now possible to configure panic audio up to 30 minutes.
If a device running the Vismo app version 1.2.4 or higher detects panic audio above 1 minute it will send audio in chunks of 10 second blocks up to the allotted time.
The portal will automatically stream the audio in as it is received from the device during playback.
Note: There are a lot of reasons on a modern smartphone why audio recording may be interrupted (incoming call etc.) or simply stop (user terminates app). Therefore, the audio length should be treated as a “target” length and the app will make a best-effort attempt to honour it, but it is not guaranteed.
2. Fixed an issue whereby a failed voice call in Twilio could cause the event process to fail.
This resulted in a customer potentially receiving multiple SMS, Email or Voice calls per event. Failed voice calls would usually be related to invalid telephone numbers.
3. It is possible to view the escalation list of a user within the alerts screen.
If a portal user selects an alert there is a button in the toolbar to open a dialog showing the escalation path for this user, along with escalation contact details.
4. Changed the time format on the alerts screen to include seconds.
The panic alerts screen now shows seconds as well as minutes and hours.
