1. Enhancement - Point of Contact Escalation Process
When an alert moves from one point of contact (POC) to the next the previous contact will receive an SMS to inform them of this. The SMS message has now changed from "No further action required" to "No action currently required". This has been done so the POC understands that there may be an action for them if the next POC(s) are unavailable to assist. 
 
2. Enhancement - Group Admins can add ARCs as Points of Contact

Previously only Account administrators could view, edit and add new ARC connections to the Vismo portal. Now those with the Group Admin permission can also do this.

3. Enhancement - Licence Images on the Vismo Portal

The images of the licence type on the portal have been updated to show the latest Vismo logos and matches what is seen for each licence type on the Vismo website.

 

4. Enhancement - Expired Licences View

Once a batch of licences has been expired for more than 30 days, the expired licence batch(es) will no longer be visible in the Vismo portal. This is to keep the Licences screen clean and tidy, showing only the active licences. 

 

5. Enhancement - COVID POIs by US State

Administrators can now view the COVID threat by US state from the Vismo Portal

6. Bug Fix - Progress Bar Views

In some instances, progress bars would show a white inner-border and not in others.

7. Bug Fix - Escalation Contacts View

When clicking on the Escalation Contacts button, the administrator can now see the Escalation Contacts related to the panic alert.

8. Bug Fix - Adding Users to Groups

When adding a user to a group was done with a left-click of the mouse, the dialogue box would close and the step would need to be repeated. This bug has been fixed.
