Incident Management Dashboard

The image below shows a standard Incident Management dashboard immediately after an incident has been created. To learn how to create an incident, please click here.

Everyone within the circle will be contacted and asked to report their current status (‘Unsafe’, ‘Uncertain’, or ‘Safe’). The menu on the left and the pins on the map will update as soon as users respond with their status.

The menu on the left and the colours of the pins on the map have now changed to reflect the users’ replies.

  • Red – Unsafe
  • Yellow – Uncertain
  • Green – Safe

Users can update their status more than once. To learn more about how users can respond, please click here.
