To edit POI layers, navigate to the Main Configuration page and select ‘POI Layers’.
The POI Layers editor page, along with any configured POI layers, will then be displayed. Click on a POI layer until it is highlighted in blue, then select ‘Edit’ to open the POI Layer editor page.
The POI Layer editor page will be displayed. Make the necessary changes and click ‘Save’.
Remove a POI Layer
Click on the POI layer until it is highlighted in blue, then select ‘Delete’ to remove that POI layer.
Managing POI Layer Permissions
To view or edit a POI layer, permissions must be assigned to specific groups. Select the POI layer, then click ‘Permissions’.
A new page will open. Click ‘New’ to add group permissions. Click the magnifying glass and select a group from the list. This will grant the selected group the rights to use the POI layer. The group must also be assigned a permission level.
Groups must be assigned permissions to either View or Edit a POI. Click the down arrow under ‘Permissions’ to assign the appropriate level.
- View – Allows the group to view the POI layer.
- Edit – Allows users within the group to view and edit the POI layer.
To remove a permission completely, click the bin icon.
Click ‘Save’ at the top to confirm your configuration. To review your changes, select the POI on the map dashboard.
