Resuming an Assignment
There may be occasions when an administrator needs to re-open a closed assignment. Doing so will automatically re-open the assignment on the user’s device. To do this, click on the Services icon and select Completed Assignments from the list. If Completed Assignments do not appear, ensure you have the correct permissions.

The Completed Assignments page will be displayed, showing all completed assignments within the account.

Click on the assignment you wish to re-open until it is highlighted in blue, then select ‘Re-Open’ from the top.

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click ‘OK’ to re-open the assignment.

The assignment will be re-opened on the user’s device, and they will receive a notification.
