Reviewing a User's Timeline

View a Detailed Timeline of User Events

A User’s Timeline enables you to view a user’s movements over a period of up to 12 months, along with event details such as privacy mode changes, check-ins, country changes, geo-fence transitions, and manual location requests.

To begin, search for the user on the map dashboard until their last known location appears on the map.

From the User Details bar at the bottom of the map, click the Actions menu and select View Timeline.

The user’s timeline will be displayed, showing the Date, Event Type, and Details.

You can filter the timeline to display specific date ranges and event types. Click Filter in the top left corner of the screen to access the options.
